The spacious and clean rooms were a delight, with super comfy beds and pillows. I loved the balcony with the lounge bed, perfect for a relaxing nap. Plus, the room had a water dispenser and a microwave, which made my stay even more convenient. The staff were friendly and attentive, quickly resolving any issues I had, such as a problem with the bathroom drainage and TV setting. I was impressed with the high quality amenities and the option to make coffee with a Krups machine. This place truly exceeded my expectations!

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The location, in a rural area and near the beach, is perfect for a tropical getaway.

I traveled to Bali for a tight schedule tour and stayed at Watermark Hotel & Spa. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, offering free airport pick up. The beach was conveniently close, with a shuttle service available. The options for Japanese or international breakfast were a nice touch. The junior suite was luxurious, with a huge and comfy bed, spacious bathroom, and balcony. The attention to detail in the room design was impressive. The hotel facilities, including the pool, were great. Packed breakfasts for early departures were appreciated. This was the best hotel I've ever been to.

We had a wonderful stay at Watermark Hotel & Spa in Bali. The suite we stayed in had a huge super comfy bed, rain shower, bathtub, and two sinks. We also loved the live station at breakfast, where we could enjoy made-to-order eggs, French toast, and pancakes. The location of the hotel was very convenient, just a short distance from the airport. The staff were accommodating and friendly, making our stay even better. we highly recommend Watermark Hotel & Spa for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Bali.

The location is excellent, as it is not far from the airport and conveniently close to the tourist places on Jimbaran beach. The rooms are spacious with huge beds and bathrooms. The staff is helpful and polite, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast menu is extensive and delicious, offering a variety of options. Additionally, the hotel has two pools for guests to enjoy and provides a welcome water and beer in the room.

During our romantic escape, we had a great time in our spacious room which had a comfortable bed. the hotel offered free transportation to and from the airport which was very convenient. One of the best aspects of the hotel was its location - it was close to the main attractions but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast which had a wide selection of food.

the bathroom in our room looked tired and could have used a bit more cleaning. the beach nearby wasn't very beautiful and we were unpleasantly surprised by the odor at the beach club.
