The AC unit would go into standby mode when we were away, resulting in the room being a little warmer than desired upon returning, especially during the unusually hot week we stayed.

At my first visit, the staff kindly assisted with my suitcases. This place suits me perfectly; it has Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, a fitness studio, and express check-in/out. It's my go-to for trips.

The attentive staff provide basic amenities and clean the rooms daily. Plus, the view from the room of the Empire State Building was extra special, perfect for celebrating a special occasion like my granddaughter's 16th birthday. Breakfast provided included basic oatmeal, which was a nice touch.

Kitchen area with a view of the Empire State Building. Right next to the Empire State Building, Bloomingdales, and the subway. Near Macy's and the subway. Breakfast was convenient.

The location was perfect for shopping, theaters, restaurants, and transportation. The room was clean and comfortable, with great AC and a bonus minibar. The bathroom was spacious and functional. The view of the Empire State Building was amazing. a great value for the price.
