We had a great time at this lovely hotel. The room was spacious and well-designed with a huge window that we loved. The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub, and the amenities were always refilled. The staff were attentive, polite, and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is also conveniently located in the central area, making it easy to explore Surabaya.

Felt very well, no complaints whatsoever.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with cozy beds ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Additionally, the hotel offers a free shuttle service to the nearby mall, providing guests with convenient transportation.

There were a few issues with the water pressure in the rooms, and some guests mentioned that the fridge didn't work well.

The room was spacious and comfortable, plus the housekeeping service was exceptional. the location was convenient and within walking distance to shopping. the breakfast offered was great, with a variety of options.

The restaurant staff was inconsistent in their treatment towards guests based on their appearance, which was unpleasant and unacceptable. There was a stained item in the room towards the end of the stay which affected the experience.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities and fulfills luxurious needs. the room advantages are exceptional, with spacious and clean rooms equipped with modern amenities. the Spa and wellness centre provides excellent services, including a sauna and a spa lounge. the catering service is top-notch, and the restaurant and bar/lounge area are well-crafted and offer a wide range of choices.

the parking area is not easily accessible, and assistance from the Valet is necessary.
