My romantic escape was perfect! the natural thermal pool was heaven on earth, and the friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the quiet location, ideal for relaxation. the room size was spacious, and the hot water in the shower was amazing after a day of exploring.

It was not well-maintained, and there was thick moss on the floor. Despite asking for the lights to be turned on, they remained off, which made it dark and uncomfortable, and the outside shower wasn't working.

I really enjoyed my stay at this amazing hotel. The location was incredible, surrounded by beautiful nature with a stunning view of the rice fields. The staff provided excellent service, from the friendly reception staff who spoke English well, to the attentive room service and housekeeping. The hotel had a wide range of amenities and facilities to ensure a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle in the room. The on-site dining options were also great, with a restaurant that served delicious meals and a bar/lounge area where I could relax with a drink.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

During my recent stay at Yama Resort in Tondano, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room and clean toilet bowl. The strong and hot water in the shower was a great way to relax after a long day. Playing table tennis and basketball at night was a fun way to pass the time, as there isn't much to do in the area after sunset. The polite and friendly staff, especially the reception staff who spoke English well, made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Despite some dusty areas in the room and a few old towels with stains, the overall cleanliness was satisfactory. Although I am afraid of lizards, I was relieved that there were none in the rooms, even though there were some big ones around the reception area and outside the restaurant.
