The hotel is situated in a prime location, right on the street where all the restaurants are. It is also close to Waterbom park and just a short walk to the beach. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast served at the hotel restaurant is exceptional, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The friendly staff and convenient facilities such as the 24-hour mart in front of the hotel make for a pleasant stay.

The plastic grass in some of the rooms may not be comfortable to step on.

The location is perfect, right in the centre and 5 min to the beach. The rooms are big, comfortable and clean. The breakfast is worthy of a 5-star rating, with a variety of options like eggs, pancakes, and juices. The staff at Yan's Hotel is amazing and super lovely.

This hotel is perfectly located, just 30 meters away from the BlueBirdExpress check-in for Gili or Lombok. It is also in close walking distance to restaurants, shops, and markets. The room was clean and comfortable, with a decent shower and a rainwater-style showerhead. The staff was outstanding, responding quickly to all requests. The breakfast, although overpriced, came with a delicious fruit salad, bread and butter, tea, and fruit juice. Additionally, the hotel offers handmade dark chocolate pralines every day, a delightful treat for guests.

The curtains in the room were unable to block out all the light, requiring the use of an eye mask for a good night's sleep.

We had a great time during our thanksgiving at this hotel. the staff was really friendly and accommodating. the breakfast was delicious and included some complimentary drinks which was a nice touch. the location was perfect, it was close to many restaurants and attractions. Plus, we were able to enjoy the amazing view from the balcony.

The room was a bit noisy and we could hear the noise from the other rooms. Plus, the bathroom could have been cleaner, there were some visible stains on the sink.

The breakfast at Yans House was absolutely delicious. I had the opportunity to choose from a variety of options, all of which were tasty. The room was spacious and allowed for easy packing before my flight. The swimming pool provided a refreshing escape from the heat. Additionally, I was able to conveniently arrange a motorbike rental through the hotel, saving me the hassle of bargaining. The hotel's proximity to the beach was a definite plus.

Felt like a home away from home, nothing to complain about.

We had a really nice and clean apartment for a night at Yan'S House. It was perfect for the four of us and the staff even let us leave our bags there while we went to Komodo islands. They were very accommodating and the breakfast was good too. the check-in process was smooth and we were even treated to a nice surprise. it was a great experience and we highly recommend staying here.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like. 😊
