Great location, plenty of markets, shops, and restaurants nearby. Decent wifi and friendly staff. Elevator available so no need to climb stairs. Spacious room with modern bathroom and provided slippers. Enjoyable stay with delicious breakfast and all necessary supplies in the room.

I recently stayed at BL Hotel's in Erbil and had a great experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, with everything I needed within a short walking distance, including supermarkets, restaurants, and shops. The breakfast served on the sixth floor had a beautiful view and offered a delicious and varied selection. The staff, especially Goran at reception, were extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The hotel's towel service needs improvement, as guests have reported not receiving enough towels or the towels not being readily available.

The breakfast was delicious and well-served, with many options to choose from. the hotel's location is centrally located, making it very convenient to get around and explore the surroundings. the hotel provided complimentary airport transportation, which was a nice touch.
