We had an outstanding stay at Erbil International Hotel! The Deluxe King Room was amazing with an elegantly decorated living area and a flat-screen TV. The staff was professional and attentive, especially Hadeel, who helped us plan our entire trip to Kurdistan. She made us feel so welcomed, and the location near the Citadel made exploring a breeze. Our kids loved the pool, which was the best in Erbil!

However, the electricity kept cutting out in my room, leading to some frustrating moments where I had to manually reset the fuse myself. Music from a nearby nightclub wafted through the walls, often keeping me up past my bedtime, even after complaints. The gym felt cramped and stifling without any air conditioning, which is a downer if you're into a good workout. Overall, there’s potential here, but it seems the management needs to iron out some of these issues to match the price tag.
