As a disabled traveler, I found Erbil International Hotel to be wheelchair accessible and accommodating. The staff was friendly and helpful. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools provided a great option for relaxation. The hotel had a nice garden and ample parking space. it was a secure and comfortable place to stay.

I felt at home during my stay and had no complaints.

Great breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Clean rooms with good air-conditioning. Nice pool party on Friday. Delicious food at the garden restaurant.

The hotel exceeded all of my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. The location was perfect, with easy access to downtown and top tourist destinations. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were a great feature, and the well-maintained garden added to the overall ambiance of the hotel. The room I had was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast provided a wide variety of options, ensuring there was something for everyone's taste.

It would have been nice if the hotel had a cafeteria or a shop for late-night cravings, and a few recreational activities like foosball or ping-pong would have been a nice addition.

The Erbil International Hotel is a hidden gem! From the beautiful lobby to the well-maintained rooms, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff, especially Heva at guest relations, were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay.

Although I must mention that the swimming pool was not as impressive as I had hoped, and the breakfast was not particularly special in terms of warm meal options. However, these minor drawbacks did not greatly impact my overall experience.

What a memorable romantic escape! the warm and welcoming staff greeted us with smile and kindness. We were pleasantly surprised with complimentary champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries in the room. the hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to both the shops and the restaurant we had reservations. the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the beautiful rooftop lounge and the complimentary breakfast offered each morning.

We did experience a bit of a noise from the nearby construction site during the day. the hotel's fitness center wasn't fully equipped, which was a little disappointing as we were looking forward to maintaining our workout routine.

The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, with a particularly professional and dedicated guest relations and receptionist. The lobby and rooms were beautiful and well-maintained. The restaurant on the 9th floor was very nice.

This hotel is an absolute luxury experience. the room was incredibly spacious and had exclusive amenities such as a private swimming pool and a sun terrace with sun loungers. the restaurant was top-notch and the in-room breakfast was delicious. the location advantages were also great, as it was located near tourist attractions. the service was exceptional as well, with friendly and attentive staff.

The only minor issue I experienced was with the Spa & wellness centre. Although the facilities were great, the massage service was not up to par with the rest of the hotel's exclusive amenities.
