My room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the river. Despite the chilly first night, the heating was great on the second night. The location was ideal and the restaurant had delicious food. I recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay in the center of town. The location was great and the staff were very helpful. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed delicious meals in a nice bright dining area. Free parking was available down the street, with easy access to transportation.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, and the restaurant and bar on-site are top-notch in terms of quality and service. The hotel itself is spotless and the food is delicious. Additionally, the rooms are spacious, cozy, and equipped with comfortable beds. The en-suite bathrooms have both a bath and a shower, which is a nice touch. I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning!

On my active retirement package, I enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's perfect location in the city square, with plenty of choices for eating and drinking. The hotel café bistro was a great spot for a nice meal, and the hotel bar was a saviour when everywhere else was closed on Good Friday. I also loved the lovely atmosphere in the bar, and all the staff were pleasant and friendly. The warm and comfortable room I stayed in had a newly finished bathroom with the option of a waterfall shower head. Despite not having a bath, the staff were more than accommodating, offering to show me another room in case it had one. Even though it didn't, my room was actually warmer and cosier, away from the street noise, making it very relaxing for the Easter Bank holiday weekend.

Convenient location for visiting family nearby. Reception quickly resolved initial room issue by upgrading to an executive room with a view. Bar food was tasty and bar staff were attentive. Breakfast staff were accommodating to dietary restrictions. Friendly and helpful hotel experience overall.
