We loved staying at this hotel. The location in public areas was perfect for us, allowing easy access to service shops and commercial services. The shuttle service was excellent, and the wake-up service was much appreciated. We were also thrilled with the paid shuttle service that was available. Our welcome drink was a great touch, and the tours/ticket assistance was a massive help for planning our itinerary. Happy hour was a great way to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing. Our room was fantastic, with great amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area. The terrace had lovely garden furniture, and the soundproofed rooms provided a peaceful night's sleep. The flat-screen TV was a great bonus for entertainment after a long day out exploring.

We would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends without hesitation.

I absolutely loved this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. The service was top-notch, with friendly and professional staff who made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast spread was amazing, with plenty of options for vegans like me. The pool area was small but cozy, with comfortable sunbeds and towels readily available. I even enjoyed taking some meetings by the pool and in the designated working area. The gym was surprisingly well-equipped for a hotel of this size, and I was able to get in a good workout. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the maid service was excellent. I also appreciated the chic and relaxing pool area.

I had a delightful stay at the AC Hotel in Kingston, Jamaica. The location was perfect for my needs, and the hotel itself was a nature oasis in the concrete jungle. The lobby's decor was stunning, and I loved the personal touch of my name appearing on the TV when it was powered on. The complimentary drinks offered at check-out were a thoughtful gesture, even though I couldn't indulge in them. The receptionists were friendly and cool throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

My experience was dampened by slow and unorganized staff, from the longest check-in process ever to lacking attention to detail at breakfast. Couple that with an inability to charge drinks to my room and overall, my stay was not worth the price.
