Lovely stay for 3 nights in a quiet, secure neighborhood. Easy access to the center. Nice and tidy room with a welcoming feel. Fabulous breakfast with plenty of options. Friendly staff, including the family dogs. Great transportation nearby. Helpful owner who provides good advice. No need for a rental car. Upscale yet excellent value for money.

Excellent breakfast from 7am to 10am. Fresh squeezed orange juice. Bus stop very close and Dart train 2 blocks away. Easily got to the airport using 2 buses. Only 15 mins from Temple Bar by bus. Worth touring the castle and gardens. The boardwalk on the ocean is a block away.

The owner personally sat down with me and provided valuable information on navigating Dublin and suggested some great places to visit. The room was clean and comfortable, and I loved coming back to a freshly made bed and fresh towels. The location was ideal, with easy access to the DART and bus stops, making it convenient to explore the city. The breakfast provided was exceptional, and the staff made a mean cup of tea. I had a wonderful time at Aberdeen Lodge and highly recommend it.

We spent our honeymoon at this lovely hotel. We were taken care of by the manager as if we were family, and had extraordinary service from the rest of the staff. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything by train. Our room on the 3rd floor was charming with comfortable beds and loads of hot water. The breakfast had a variety of choices and the service and attention to detail were delightful. The location is well-connected to the city by public transport, and the availability of freshly prepared complimentary tea and coffee on demand was a nice touch. The garden was a lovely space to sit out with a coffee.

We had a lovely weekend getaway in a peaceful neighborhood close to the seafront. The location was great, with easy access to transportation and just a short walk to the beach. Additionally, we were warmly welcomed with a refreshing pot of tea and delicious homemade cookies.

While the overall cleanliness was satisfactory, there were some signs of wear and tear, especially with the towels. Additionally, there were some noise issues with creaky floorboards and running water in the hotel that affected our sleep quality.

On an early morning flight out of our hotel, we were greeted with a peaceful and charming residential area, just a stone's throw away from the beach. The location was ideal - close enough to Dublin to explore the city's attractions, yet far enough to escape the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed a refreshing walk along the seafront, which conveniently led us to a delightful pub in Sandymount for a delicious pint of Guinness. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and immediate hot water. The friendly staff provided excellent service, ensuring our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast spread was exceptional, with a variety of freshly prepared dishes and a cold buffet of fruits and yogurt. the hotel provided a lovely home away from home experience.

That the TV in our room initially didn't work, but the staff promptly replaced it when we brought it to their attention.
