The house itself was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The breakfast options were fantastic, with a wide range to choose from. We especially enjoyed the freshly-brewed coffee and the choice of cooked breakfast. The garden was a lovely place to relax, and the onsite parking was convenient. The staff was helpful and accommodating, allowing us to stay on late for breakfast one morning. The location was within walking distance of the town center, and there was plenty of parking available. I highly recommend this guest house for its value for money and excellent service.

We absolutely loved our stay at Aisleigh Guest House. Charlotte and her husband were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even gave us a lift to the coach when we realized we were running late. The breakfast was delicious and catered to our dietary needs of being non-dairy and gluten-free. The room exceeded our expectations, being much bigger than we anticipated, and the bed was very comfortable. The lounge area looked like a lovely place to relax in the evening.

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. the value for money was fantastic. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. Secondly, the location was perfect - nestled in a beautiful area with easy road connections, making it convenient to explore the surroundings. Lastly, the staff provided excellent service, attending to all my needs with a friendly and helpful attitude. The basic amenities in the rooms were top-notch, and the enormous super king size bed made for a comfortable stay. Oh, and the breakfast was simply delicious, with a great selection even for vegetarians, and the coffee was excellent. All in all, this hotel offered a great experience with all the comforts I needed.

The room was unclean and it seemed like it had not been thoroughly cleaned for a while. the bedding was dirty and worn out;

The location of the hotel was ideal, right beside a nice shopping complex, making it convenient for any last-minute needs. The common areas were well-maintained and provided a comfortable space to relax. It was also a short walk into the town centre and to the boardwalk in the centre of town, allowing for easy exploration. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast offered was wonderful, with a variety of options including a delicious fresh fruit salad.

One of the rooms had an obstructed drain pipe, which was a minor inconvenience.

The location was convenient and within walking distance to shops. this was the best value we've found in the Midlands.

It was also misleading to mention that the hotel was on the outskirts of town, as it was actually quite a long and difficult walk.

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted with tea and delicious cakes. the room was immaculate, and the landlady was incredibly helpful, even giving me a lift into town. the breakfast in the morning was excellent, with a great variety of food. I couldn't find a single fault with Aisleigh Guest House - it truly was a perfect experience.
