I had a lovely 2-night stay at Gilmer Apartment Hotel. The location was fantastic, allowing me to easily explore all the sights in Wellington on foot. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and blackout curtains that actually blocked out the light. I also appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a great stay in Wellington.

The location of the hotel was excellent for exploring the city. Just a short walk to Lambton Quay and close to a supermarket for convenience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a good heating system and a cozy couch. I appreciated the kitchen facilities and washing machine. The toiletries in the shower were well thought out, with easy-to-use dispensers. The complimentary ginger kiwi biscuit on check-in was a nice touch.

I would have liked a face cloth for the shower and an extra cushion for the couch. The bathroom fan noise was a bit bothersome for my ears.

I really enjoyed my recent stay here. The hotel is located in a quiet area just behind the main shopping precinct upon the hill, which is great if you want to be away from the city centre. The service was excellent, with dry cleaning and laundry available as well as ironing facilities. The room had a lovely sitting area and was well-equipped with free toiletries and a washing machine. The staff were friendly and helpful and the wi-fi was fast and reliable.

It was all superb.

The apartment had two free goodies that were very welcomed! The location was great, walking distance to many famous spots, and the facilities were convenient. We also loved the view from the balcony, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

There were some issues with the cleanliness as one of the beds had dirty sheets with hairs on it. We also found leftovers from a previous guest in the fridge.

My stay at the Gilmer Apartment Hotel was incredibly convenient. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. It was right in the center and close to the conference we were attending, which made it extremely convenient. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the option to leave our bags after check-out and the assistance with arranging transportation to the airport.

The view from our room was not the best, as it faced an office block across a laneway, which required drawing the curtains for privacy.
