I had a really enjoyable stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town, making it easy for me to explore and find great restaurants. The service was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping taking care of all my needs. The staff made my reservation process so easy and were always on hand to assist me. The room was amazing, with all the amenities I needed, including tea and coffee facilities, ironing facilities, and a cozy sitting area. The hotel also had a beautiful garden area where I could relax and enjoy the view. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making my stay truly memorable.

Although the hotel was fantastic, it could do with a refresh on customer service at the reception desk. Fiona, the receptionist, could have been more informative and welcoming.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. It is right in the centre of town, making it convenient to access all the shops, restaurants, and attractions. Plus, it is located in a nice quiet area, ensuring a peaceful stay. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel even offers facilities like a kettle and microwave in the room, which is very convenient.

Unfortunately, there are some steps leading up to the restaurant, which can be a bit inconvenient for guests with prams or mobility issues.

During our stay over Christmas, we enjoyed the lively atmosphere and friendly staff. the bar provided great entertainment, and we had a fantastic night. the breakfast was delicious, and the meals in the restaurant were excellent. the location of the hotel was ideal, with convenient access to nearby attractions and a beautiful park.

Our room was quite noisy, potentially due to a wedding and the party downstairs. This affected the quality of our sleep.
