Great location, near best restaurants.

Can't fault the property.

I had a quick weekend stay at Holiday Inn Express and I was impressed with the new and clean property. The breakfast was great and the swimming pool was delightful. The spacious and clean rooms added to the overall positive experience.

There were a few setbacks during my stay. I had requested a high floor room and extra towels but my requests were not honored.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel has a great location near restaurants and even a baseball field at 8am for some morning fun. The room was spotless and cozy, and the bathroom was clean with all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service, making us feel like VIPs throughout our stay. The delicious breakfast was a great way to start our day. The swimming pool was spacious and clean, and the hot water didn't run out on us. We were impressed by the hotel's cleanliness and modern facilities.

There was no coffee or hot water in the main lobby, which was a bit of a letdown.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The large, clean room looked and smelled brand new. The beds were incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. We appreciated the availability of coffee and hot water for tea or cocoa at all hours. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, even going out of their way to return a forgotten item. The location was great, close to shopping and the interstate for easy access to Memphis attractions. There were plenty of restaurants in the area, including the nearby Memphis BBQ Company which served excellent food. This hotel was a convenient and enjoyable place to stay.

Breakfast delights could be improved with more information on outside food delivery options. It would be helpful to have details on how to get a pizza for the kids.

The walls in the rooms were too thin, and I could hear the people in the next room. the noise from airplanes and the airport was a bit annoying at times.

The room was nice, with a pull-out sofa bed for the kids and plenty of bedding. We enjoyed watching the big TV and having a Keurig in the room. The hotel was clean and had modern decor. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay again.
