Staff excellent, King bed, large bathroom, quiet room, wonderful breakfasts, helpful front desk.

Can't fault anything about it.

The hotel is well located in the town centre, near the railway station. The public rooms have beautiful traditional interiors in Georgian style, with Celtic ornamentation. The hotel bar has the character of a traditional Irish pub with excellent decor. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Felt so at home, nothing was too much trouble.

The value for money was outstanding! The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was large. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town. The staff were exceptional, especially the two students who worked late in the bar and served us breakfast. They were always polite and helpful.

The breakfast items could have been better, especially the fish and chips. The chips tasted bad and the fish was tasteless.

Friendly staff, great location & complimentary tea

I had an amazing time in this hotel! the staff was really friendly, and made me feel at home. They were always ready to help with any problems that I had. I loved the location, which made it easy for me to explore the town. the complimentary tea upon arrival was a great touch. the breakfast was also great! I loved the variety of food on offer, and the fact that I could get breakfast to go if I needed to. I had a great time at this hotel.
