The location was perfect, right on the docks. The parking was ample and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even though we arrived early, they had our room ready and even valet parked our car for free. We booked a Harbour view room, which was incredibly spacious with a luxurious bathroom and a comfortable king-sized bed. The shower and spa were amazing, and my wife loved the Appelles lotions and soaps. The personalized touch of a hand-written congratulations card and a complimentary bottle of local wine for our 20th anniversary was truly special. The hotel's art collection was stunning, and we enjoyed the complimentary art and history tour. The hotel also had multiple eateries and a bar with reasonable prices and plenty of variety. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning on my next trip!

Staff were very helpful, in particular Jason the concierge and the young barman on Tuesday 3rd who was very informative. The hotel offers spacious rooms in a great location, with a nice cozy vibe and interesting art pieces. The bathroom was great and the parking included was very handy. it was a delightful experience as a budget traveler.
