My recent stay at The Ardilaun was absolutely delightful. From the moment I arrived, I was treated like family by the staff. They went above and beyond to assist with my luggage, even in the rain. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with lovely views and amenities like iron boards and coffee/tea making facilities. The breakfast was brilliant, offering a wide range of choices. The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance of Salthill and a short taxi ride to the city center. I can't wait to come back soon!

Our room lacked natural lighting and felt outdated. the noise from the boiler outside was constant and made it difficult to sleep at night.

The location was perfect, just a 20-minute walk outside the city center but still close enough to easily access all the attractions. Parking was available, and when I needed transportation, the cab service provided by the hotel was reliable. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the staff at the reception always had a smile and were courteous.

One negative aspect was the lack of gluten-free cereal options for guests with dietary restrictions. Despite contacting the hotel prior to arrival and being assured that there would be plenty of options available, there was only porridge and granola.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The family room was perfect for us, with a double bed and two single beds. The swimming pool was clean and our little boy loved it. We were thrilled to find plenty of gluten-free options available for me and dairy-free options for our son. The location of the hotel was excellent, just a 15-minute walk to the city center, and close to the Salthill Promenade. The hotel facilities, including the leisure center with a pool and jacuzzi, were fantastic for relaxation. The staff were incredibly nice and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.

As longer term business travelers, we were impressed with the facilities at this hotel. The spacious room and great shower with plenty of hot water were perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location was also convenient, with the center of Galway within walking distance. Additionally, the staff were accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even providing a delicious breakfast delivered to our door.

The hotel had a classic and cosy feeling, with spacious and comfortable rooms. the staff were super friendly and welcoming. the hotel is located in a peaceful area with beautiful scenic grounds, perfect for a relaxing stay.

The room was dated and in need of a deep clean. the doors were extremely noisy and there was no soundproofing, resulting in frequent disruptions from other guests.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel that provided enhanced comfort and quality services. The location of this place is perfect, with it being just a 10-minute walk from salt hill and a 20-minute walk to the city center. The spaciousness and comfort of the reception area were impressive, making me feel like I was in a mini castle. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, adding to the warm atmosphere. The hotel also had a lovely garden surrounded by trees, creating a peaceful environment. The pool was refreshing, and the jacuzzi provided a relaxing experience.

That the restaurant was not open, which meant we had to use taxis for the short journey to-and-from Salthill. However, this was not a problem for us, and I would still highly recommend this hotel to others.
