The room was too warm and lacked air-conditioning or ventilation, making it uncomfortable for a good night's sleep. It would be more convenient if guests staying at the hotel had a separate entrance from those visiting the bar.

the staff at the front desk provided poor service at night, which was a stark contrast to the excellent service during the day. The room itself was also lacking, with uncomfortable beds that were simply two singles pushed together.

This centrally located hotel is perfect for those wanting to explore the city on foot or catch a bus from Connolly station. The breakfast is highly recommended, with excellent service from the welcoming staff. The personnel are accommodating, even with a large number of tour groups.

A little improvement is needed to clean the carpets regularly to enhance the overall cleanliness of the hotel.
