I recently stayed at Hollywood Mirage for a week-long vacation. The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, with staff constantly cleaning the public areas. The location was quiet with beautiful views, and there were great restaurants nearby. The mini-market in the hotel had delicious freshly baked pastries and bread. The swimming pool was a hit with my kids, especially during twilight when it was lit underwater. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there were on-site beautician and massage facilities. The apartments were perfect for our large group, and the poolside food was excellent.

Would recommend this hotel.

The staff went above and beyond to fulfill all our needs, with a warm and professional attitude. The complex had clean pools and a healthy breakfast buffet. The apartments were clean, cosy, and well-equipped for cooking. The views from the apartments were wonderful, and there was a shop on-site with reasonable prices. The spacious rooms and large terrace with loungers were a highlight, and the option to upgrade was worth it.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-equipped. The hotel had a variety of facilities including a supermarket, hairdressing and laundry services. The gym and squash courts were well-equipped. There were on-site entertainers for children and live music in the evenings. The hotel offered a free courtesy bus to get into the city center, and there were plenty of off-site parking spaces available. The location was at the top of a hill, providing a challenge for those less active. The breakfast served was delicious.

We had a lovely stay at Hollywood Mirage. the resort had a great selection of pools, including one near our building. the sun loungers were really comfortable, perfect for relaxing. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were lucky to have a room with two floors, a balcony, and a beautiful view of Tenerife. the evening entertainment was enjoyable, and the free beach shuttle bus was a great perk, especially since the beach is quite far from the resort.

The rooms were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for cooking, including a fridge, hob, oven, kettle. the large balcony with a beautiful view was a definite highlight. the location was perfect - close enough to the beach and some nice restaurants, yet quiet at night.

The entertainment offered at the hotel was basic and could be improved. the restaurant staff were unhelpful, and the food quality at dinner wasn't great, with a poor selection of meats and cold vegetables and chips.

Located on top of a very steep hill, this hidden gem offers breathtaking views of the sea. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, including a fully equipped kitchen and a large terrace to enjoy the scenery. The breakfast selection is varied and delicious, with options ranging from hot foods to pastries and fruits. The pools are fantastic, with family activities to keep everyone entertained. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently situated just down the street from a delicious Argentinian restaurant and a short walk to the beautiful beach.

The only minor drawback is the need to park your car in public parking on the street, which can be a small hassle when carrying all your gear or day bags to the hotel.

Friendly staff, clean apartment with a great view. Excellent, reasonably priced food in the restaurant. Convenient supermarket on-site. Free transportation to town and beach. Can't wait to go again! 😊

We had an incredible Christmas stay at this hotel! the rooms were spacious and clean, with a balcony that had amazing views. the on-site shop was convenient and had everything we needed. the best part was the pool area, where we enjoyed participating in fun activities organized by the amazing animation team. the atmosphere around the pool was vibrant and energetic, providing non-stop entertainment. We also loved the friendly and helpful reception staff who went above and beyond to assist us.

One thing we didn't like was the location, as it was at the top of a steep hill, making it difficult for elderly or disabled individuals. We had breakfast once and found it disappointing.

Despite being a high density development, the hotel manages to create a relaxed atmosphere, making it a great place to stay. The well-equipped kitchen and the west-oriented terrace are definite advantages.

The buffet dinner options could have been improved, especially for vegetarians. The lack of ingredient signs made it difficult to determine what was in the various dishes.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's peaceful location, tucked away in a quiet area. Although not directly on the beach, the sea-facing balconies provided stunning views. The hotel and rooms were in excellent condition and impeccably clean. The swimming pool and solarium were fabulous, and the atmosphere was pleasant and respectful. The hotel also offered great opportunities for leisurely walks in the surrounding area.
