the room was spacious and separate from the main house, providing a sense of privacy. the highlight was the incredibly comfortable bed which ensured a good night's sleep. the hosts were extremely accommodating and welcoming, making me feel right at home. the breakfast was delicious and catered to all my needs. it was a wonderful experience and a credit to the owners.

We were lucky enough to stay in a room with high ceilings and beautiful full height windows that overlooked lush foliage and nature sounds. The feeling of history in the room added to the charm of our quiet getaway. The hosts, Miriam and Pat, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The breakfast was absolutely phenomenal, with a wide range of delicious options including homemade bread and organic sausages. It was truly an experience of a lifetime.

I stayed at Ballinwillin House for a week on a work trip and was pleasantly surprised by the communal kitchen and dining room, which made it easy to enjoy meals outside of my room. The rooms were beautifully decorated and modern, providing a comfortable and peaceful atmosphere for a great night's sleep. The breakfast in the morning was superb, with delicious free-range sausages from their own farm. The hosts Miriam and Pat were fantastic, making me feel like a member of the family.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

A charming farmhouse escape with friendly hosts. Loved the rustic feel and seeing the pigs, wild boar, and deer roaming around. The traditional Irish food by the fire was delightful.

I was devastated when I couldn't find a personal chef to cater to my every culinary whim. How dare they not read my mind!

The value for money at Ballinwillin House was excellent, with a beautiful room that had comfortable furnishings and a firm bed. The location was perfect, just on the edge of town, giving easy access to restaurants and bars. The staff treated us with warm Irish hospitality and made us feel extremely welcome.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast even better was if there were more vegetarian options available.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. The room was comfortable and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious and sourced locally, which added a special touch to our stay. The staff were very friendly and made us feel right at home. The location was convenient, with easy access to the nearby motorway. And the best part was the beautiful hidden country setting, with gardens and fields to explore. We loved taking a leisurely stroll and seeing the deer and boar. it was a lovely experience.

There were a couple of things that could have been improved during our stay. the radiator in our room didn't come on until late at night, which made it a bit chilly when we returned.

The cooked organic breakfast featured tender wild boar and venison sausages, beautifully cured wild boar rashers, perfectly fried eggs, and accompanying mushrooms and tomatoes. The homemade brown bread, jam, and marmalade were delicious. The hosts were welcoming and made us feel at home.
