We felt so pampered during our stay at this cozy hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive to our needs. We loved how close it was to Bunratty castle. we highly recommend this hotel.

From the minute I arrived at the manor, it was clear that I was in for a fantastic time. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful. The room was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and clean. I didn't have breakfast on any of the mornings, but that was my choice. However, I had dinner one night and the food and service were top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel for a break away.

The hotel's location was perfect, close to the castle and folk park but away from noisy bars at night. The spaciousness of the hotel, including the beautiful garden, family bedroom, and bathroom, was impressive. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and the staff made sure to cater to our needs, even when we arrived late. The rates were exceptional and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel also had a lovely patio area for dining outside.

We also loved the cozy atmosphere of the lounge area that made us feel right at home.

From the moment I arrived, the staff at the Manor were friendly and attentive. the hotel itself was stunning and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. the food at the hotel was absolutely incredible, definitely one of the best meals I've ever had.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was right next to the castle and close to the airport. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Parking was convenient, and I was able to leave my vehicle after check out. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially with accommodating the small children in our group. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. They made sure to address our needs and were welcoming upon our late arrival. the lady at reception even replaced our stained comforter immediately and apologized for the inconvenience. they had an adaptor for the socket that we could borrow, saving us from the hassle of finding one elsewhere.

There were a few aspects that fell short. the accommodation itself was basic and lacked any frills.

Convenient location near Shannon Airport with bus stop across the street. Lovely old style manor vibe, clean rooms with spacious bathrooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast selection. Close to Bunratty Castle and a variety of restaurants and pubs.

The bathrooms are particularly impressive, with separate areas for toilet, double sink, deep bath, and walk-in shower. The service provided by the friendly and accommodating staff is exceptional. The breakfast spread, including the option of a cooked meal, is sure to satisfy your appetite.

I did notice that the temperature in the hotel was a bit too warm for my liking.
