For the price we paid, we got great value and a lovely room with a beautiful sea view. The location was great and the staff at reception and in the bar were friendly and helpful.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal even better would be if they improved the scrambled eggs.

It was such a pleasure to see the village so quiet during a busy holiday season. The service at this place is outstanding, from the staff who helped us set up our room, to Deirdre on reception who is a shining star with her personality and welcoming style. The room amenities are top-notch, with everything we needed like ironing facilities, heating, terrace, and garden furniture. The dining experience here was exceptional, with a lovely restaurant and delicious breakfast. The staff went out of their way to cater to my special dietary needs and the food was simply amazing. I highly recommend this hotel for its unbeatable location, outstanding staff, and exceptional service.

We absolutely loved this place! The location was terrific, right across the road from the bay. It was a great starting point to explore the rest of Kerry and the South Kerry area and Valentia. Even during a busy holiday season, the village was surprisingly quiet. The service here was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff. They were particularly accommodating and very helpful in providing us with information related to our travel plans. The room amenities were fantastic, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The in-room breakfast was delicious and the dining restaurant had a great menu. we had a fantastic experience.

I recently stayed at the charming Butler Arms and had a delightful time. The hotel exudes old-world charm and has a relaxed atmosphere reminiscent of an Agatha Christie novel. My sea-facing bedroom was comfortable and modern, with efficient soundproofing ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast room offered pleasant sea-views and a menu with great choices, including the best poached eggs I had during my travels. The Fisherman's Bar had a fantastic atmosphere and the food was excellent. The hotel's location, just across from the sea and a short walk to a beautiful, sandy beach, was simply amazing.

The value we got for our money at the Butler Arms was excellent. Our room, 503, was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the water. The location was perfect for exploring the Ring of Kerry. The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing - friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Louise and Orla were particularly standout members of the team.

The morning meal could have been improved by offering a wider breakfast selection. The scrambled eggs were not to our liking and it would have been nice to see options like eggs benedict or eggs royale on the menu.
