During my business trip at Chatrium Grand Bangkok chosen by my director, I enjoyed a luxurious relaxation experience at the world-renowned Thann Sanctuary. the standout feature of the twin room was the hot tub, offering a serene retreat. the 40-meter pool provided breathtaking views, and the quiet ambiance of the hotel made the pool and lounge areas pleasantly uncrowded. the spacious and elegant rooms were cleaned twice a day without needing to request it. the staff, particularly Aum, Apple, and Sara in the lounge, were excellent hosts. the central location allowed easy access to popular attractions and shopping centers.

Cleaning staff need more training.

I was pleased with my stay at Chatrium Grand. The location was superb and the rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a great variety of options that changed daily. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that our needs were met. Despite a few minor issues, such as the phone line not working and the Wi-Fi being slower in the evenings, overall I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The breakfast spread was amazing with a wide variety of choices. The staff were attentive and courteous. The location was superb, within walking distance to Siam Paragon and they even provided a buggy service. The 2-bedroom apartments were spacious and well-equipped with a living and dining area, as well as a washing machine/dryer.

Felt like part of the family, no complaints whatsoever.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, where we were treated like royalty. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. the Spa & wellness centre was top-notch, and we enjoyed the full body massage and head massage. the outdoor swimming pool was inviting, with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas, creating a perfect oasis. the delicious in-room breakfast and poolside snack bar were both private facilities that we took full advantage of.

The only minor issue we experienced was that there were limited special diet menus. Although everything we ordered tasted amazing, we were hoping for more options.

Stayed in a spotless and spacious two-bedroom apartment and enjoyed the high standards of comfort. the breakfast offered a superb variety, including delicious Thai soups. the hotel boasted a central location, close to popular malls.

The shuttle bus was not very useful, and there should be more filtered water fountains throughout the property to reduce plastic bottle use. the swimming pool had tinny and trashy music that added nothing and was an irritation.

The hotel is conveniently located near various shopping malls such as Siam Paragon and offers easy access to the Riverside. The rooms are beautiful, well-equipped, and spotless. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing attentive service. The breakfast spread is amazing with a wide range of choices. The restaurant area is spacious and calm, creating a pleasant dining experience. The staff demonstrates thoughtfulness by arranging a breakfast box for early departures and even sending flowers and a Get Well Soon card when there was a medical emergency.

The location of the hotel is great, with easy access to several shopping malls including Siam Paragon. However, the cleaning staff needs more training to properly attend to the rooms.

My experience at Chatrium Grand was exceptional. the staff were friendly and attentive, and the elevators were incredibly quick. the breakfast was superbly presented and executed, and the restaurant area was spacious and calm. the rooms were spotless and well-equipped. the hotel's attention to detail, such as arranging a breakfast box for my early departure and the thoughtful gesture of giving me flowers and a Get Well Soon card after a fall, truly showcased their exceptional service levels.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. The hotel is amazing and the lobby scent is intoxicating. The pool and breakfast areas were outstanding. Great location for shopping, near Central World and Siam Paragon. The rooms were spacious and elegant.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Brand new hotel with clean facilities, quiet pool and lounge. Excellent staff. Spacious and elegant rooms with impressive room service. Central location near BTS and shopping malls. Lovely stay, would definitely return.
