As a disabled traveler, I appreciated the spacious and wheelchair-accessible bedroom and bathroom at Castledale. The hosts were accommodating and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed during breakfast. The property also had a large sitting room and a full-sized snooker table, perfect for relaxation and entertainment.

I felt very much at home during my stay at Castledale, with no complaints at all.

The hotel was stunningly beautiful and tastefully decorated. Our room was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. the grounds were well maintained and we loved the robot mowers. the staff went above and beyond to ensure that I received proper treatment when I was feeling unwell. the hosts were wonderful and made our stay seamless and pleasant.

There was no elevator to the top floor, which may be an issue for some guests. the hotel is not within easy walking distance of the town.

We had a wonderful stay at Castledale Bed & Breakfast. Gerry, the host, provided excellent customer service and made our stay pleasant and enjoyable. The vegan breakfast they served was delicious and filling, perfect for a day of exploring the mountains. Gerry also gave us helpful recommendations for places to visit. The property itself is stunning, with beautiful gardens and a small lake where guests can relax with a glass of wine and a good book. The location is convenient, with a nearby Applegreen station for food and drinks. The walk from the center of town is worth it for the beautiful scenery, but taxis are also readily available if needed.
