During my recent stay, I was amazed by the exceptional food and outstanding service at this beautiful regional hotel. The Zarri family, who run the hotel, showed genuine hospitality and professionalism. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, allowing our friends to garage their car and store their luggage. Each evening, we enjoyed a refreshing drink served promptly and with tasty accompaniments. The meals were a true delight, with a special meal arranged for our group of 14 people that was absolutely terrific. The wines from their large cellar range were equally impressive. The breakfast was also top-notch, served with excellent service. The rooms, despite being on the main road, were quiet and comfortable. If you're planning a visit to the Langhe region, I highly recommend this hotel and the Zarri family. The lovely people and their professional approach make it an unforgettable experience. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

I had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely fantastic, surrounded by picturesque villages that were a joy to explore. The service provided at this hotel was top-notch, with room service and housekeeping that exceeded my expectations. The hotel amenities, such as the terrace and garden furniture, allowed me to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The room itself was impeccable, with amenities like air conditioning and a mini-bar that added to my comfort.

Spent xmas break in a nice hotel in Piedmont. the restaurant was cozy and the food was decent. Room was cleaned every day and the heating worked well during the cold weather. the location was great, right in the heart of the countryside and we enjoyed going out for walks. the wine we tried was also great, and we ended up buying a bottle to take home.

The hotel staff wasn't very welcoming. They were quite cold and didn't seem interested in helping us with anything.

Great stay with friends. The hotel was excellent and the food in the restaurant was top-notch. I especially loved the delicious wines from their vine cellar. The pool in the garden was a nice addition, although it was a bit cold in September. I would stay here again because of the amazing service and food provided by Carlo.
