I was blown away by the beauty of the hotel as soon as I walked in. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was convenient, just off the main road, and the breakfast was outstanding.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better would be more breakfast items to choose from.

We had a pleasant 3-night stay at Crystal. The room was warm, well-decorated, and comfortable. The bar menu was reasonably priced and the breakfast was good. The staff were very helpful and we appreciated the free Sunday papers. a fantastic hotel with everything well planned for safety and enjoyment.

The small issue we had upon check-in was promptly and professionally resolved. We celebrated my husband's 60th birthday at the Opus One Restaurant and he felt special. The food and service were great. The breakfast the next morning was also excellent, with perfect service. We would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.
