montebello villa exceeded my expectations with their fantastic location, friendly staff, and delicious food. the ambiance and sprawling gardens made for a pleasant and relaxing stay. the hotel even prepared a cake for my birthday, giving it a personal touch that made me feel at home.

slow and unreliable wifi

We had a comfortable and relatively cheap stay at Montebello Villa. The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. The atmosphere was nice, and we enjoyed the beautiful gardens and pools. Although there were a few minor downsides, overall, it was a pleasant experience. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The facilities at Montebello Villa were clean and offered a variety of activities. The bar was affordable and beautiful, and the pools were great. The spacious and comfortable room had all the amenities we needed. The staff provided excellent service, fulfilling our request for an individual bed instead of two doubles.

Located conveniently in Banilad town centre, Montebello Villa Hotel offers easy access to the central business district and the airport at the time. The premier poolside room provides a homey and comfy ambiance, with extra pillows, bathrobe, and rubber slippers ready for use. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the staff are helpful and courteous. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful scenery, including lush plants and a small pond, and boasts two swimming pools and a gym.

The hotel can be noisy at times, with doors slamming in the middle of the night due to unruly guests.

The hotel provided some unexpected extras, such as complimentary drinks and snacks on arrival, and a free shuttle service to nearby shops. the swimming pool was fantastic and well-maintained.

The location, as it was a bit far from the city center and other attractions. the restaurant service was sometimes slow, and the quality of the food varied.

I recently stayed at this venue and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The tropical garden here is well maintained and really adds to the atmosphere. The service was also top-notch, with room service and car hire available. I also appreciated the free welcome drink and the ironing facilities in the room. As for entertainment, the indoor swimming pool and golf course were great options.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends, without hesitation.
