During my recent stay at Chester Beatty, I was impressed by the exceptional hospitality extended by every member of the hotel staff. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and taken care of. The level of customer service at this hotel is truly commendable and sets a high standard for other businesses to follow.

Although there were a few minor inconveniences mentioned in other reviews, such as a confusing layout and lack of fire exit visibility, these did not detract from the overall positive experience I had at Chester Beatty.

We stumbled upon a restaurant in town for an impromptu meal, and it was a delightful surprise. The location was excellent, close to attractions, and the service was top-notch. The main restaurant had a lovely ambiance, with comfortable seating and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the food was superb. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast the following morning, with eggs cooked to our liking.

We did notice that the bathroom lacked adequate lighting, making it difficult to see while shaving or applying makeup.

The location was perfect, just a 5-minute drive from Druids Glen where we were attending a wedding. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the kind donation they made to the charity we were fundraising for.

This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations for a 3-star stay. the attention to detail was impeccable. From the well-stacked bathrooms to the heavy dark furniture, everything felt carefully thought out and beautifully maintained. Secondly, the staff were exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Lastly, the breakfast included in the stay was fantastic. With a wide variety of options and delicious food, it was the perfect way to start the day.

Honestly, I couldn't find a single fault with this hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at this inn. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, offering to drop us to the wedding venue. The three huge bars with lounge and dining areas were perfect for enjoying a few drinks and the good wholesome bar food. The rooms were beautifully decorated and cosy for Christmas, with a very comfortable bed. We also enjoyed the live music on weekends and there was even an Avoca cafe down the road. a 10/10 experience for us, especially as people who love karaoke and casinos.

Had a wonderful weekend staying at a charming hotel in a great location. the food was fantastic, especially the breakfasts which set us up for the whole day. the rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable. We also loved the convenience of ample parking around the back of the hotel and nearby convenience stores.

Although the outside of the hotel looked a bit tired, it didn't affect our stay in any way as the rooms and public areas were beautiful. the only other negative was that the bathroom could have done with a bit more lighting and a small shelf next to the sink.

The inn offers friendly staff, comfortable rooms, tasty food, and a lovely ambiance for Christmas. The breakfast is delicious and served until 11.30. They have 3 huge bars with lounge and dining areas, and live music on weekends. The nearby Avoca cafe is a bonus. 10/10.
