Some rooms might require climbing three flights of stairs without a lift.

One small inconvenience is that the tea/coffee set is placed at the reception, not in the room.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make my holiday memorable. From the reception team who were incredibly helpful and patient, to the restaurant staff who catered to all my dietary needs, the service was outstanding. The hotel also had great facilities, including a well-equipped gym and a clean pool. The room I stayed in was actually a two-room apartment, complete with a kitchenette and a spacious balcony with a lovely view. It was so convenient to have a kitchen where I could prepare my meals. Additionally, the breakfast provided was nutritious and had a wide variety of options that lasted me throughout my entire stay.

The only downside of my stay was the limited parking options near the hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and cozy apartment I was assigned at Route Active. The pool just steps away from my balcony was a convenient and enjoyable feature. The breakfast selection was diverse and always fresh, offering a variety of healthy options. The staff, especially Alicia and Josep at the reception, went above and beyond to customize my experience and make me feel like I was in a travel agency rather than a hotel. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

What an amazing place to escape and relax! the location is fabulous with stunning mountain views and a peaceful rural vibe, yet still within easy reach of nearby attractions like beaches and parks. the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. the breakfast is beyond healthy, with plenty of fresh fruits, grains, and other nutritious options to start your day.

the pillows were a bit too thick and firm for our liking, but certainly not a deal-breaker. this is a wonderful hip and healthy hotel that we highly recommend.
