The staff were the best, so friendly and helpful - made my stay welcoming. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were exceptional. Lovely restaurant and affordable prices.

The staff was friendly and helpful, creating a great friendly vibe. The room was lovely with comfortable beds, perfect for a family with 2 small kids. We really enjoyed the food and dessert, and the prices were reasonable. The hotel had a nice atmosphere in the bar and the parking was convenient. We also appreciated the easy access to taxis for trips to the city. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel! Even though it's just outside the town centre, we found the hotel's location perfect as it's on a hill in an industrial area, and it's easy to reach all attractions. The service was exceptional, and we especially appreciated the prompt room service, housekeeping, and laundry. When we arrived, we were given a delicious welcome drink, and the room amenities were extremely helpful. The terrace and garden furniture were also great additions, and the staff on the reception desk were welcoming and helpful.

had our wedding day here, food and reception etc. was amazing intimate wedding day, best spot on bar & open fireplace reserved, dinner in restaurant below. full VIP treatment, greeted by main manager personally. staff super nice, value for money unbeatable! room included free bottle of Prosecco and fresh cut Strawberries! wow very happy! thank you!!

Great location and excellent service. We were delighted with our spacious room and the friendly staff. The restaurant in Clayton Hotel offered delicious food. Despite a small issue with the bathroom sink, our overall stay was fantastic. We would happily recommend this hotel.
