This place is located on the outskirts of town, which makes it very calm and relaxing. There are plenty of green areas and even a small forest nearby. The service is impressive! Room service, car hire, and bicycle hire are all available, as well as 24-hour room service and airport shuttle. The staff is very attentive and friendly, they always greet you with a welcome drink and are happy to arrange tours or tickets. The rooms are well-equipped and clean with flat-screen TVs and soundproofed walls. I particularly enjoyed the sauna and the massage services, but the outdoor swimming pool is also fantastic. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast and meals can be ordered at the restaurant.

I didn't have breakfast during my stay since it started a bit late for my schedule. It would have been great to have a breakfast-in-room option, but this wasn't available.

The hotel also provides secure garage parking for convenience.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay during Easter break at this modern hotel. the breakfast selection was impressive and the cheerful staff were always on hand to assist me. I loved the secure bike room that saved me from the hassle of storing my bike in my room. the serene location in the forest is great for jogging with excellent running tracks. It was nice to have free coffee and tea in the lobby, while the free bottled water in my room was a fantastic touch.

I felt limited when it came to lunch options since they were only available for a one-hour slot, which made me feel rushed. the rooftop pool area had limited food options with no pool bar menu available, but it was still an enjoyable experience.

The rooms are beautifully designed and clean, with modern amenities. The staff is friendly and provides good service. The breakfast offers delicious homemade food items. There are ongoing construction works on the rooftop and in the spa area.

Travelling alone for business, the welcoming and helpful staff at Arima made my stay stress-free. The hotel itself is amazing with a super comfy bed, excellent value, and a stunning design. The location is perfect, with a forest in front of the hotel and a nice cafe and restaurant. The underground parking included in the stay is very convenient. I highly recommend Arima for its exceptional service and wonderful amenities.
