This hotel is a hidden gem along the banks of a picturesque river. The attention to detail is evident in the beautiful decor and the well-appointed rooms. I especially loved the private balcony overlooking the rushing river, it was the perfect spot to relax. The friendly staff and delicious breakfast with Baileys Irish cream made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at a charming B&B near a river. Every morning, we greeted a heron while enjoying the beautiful view. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The shower was a bit small and cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably.

The breakfast options were fantastic, with a wide variety of choices including delicious smoked salmon and porridge. The location of the B&B was quiet and peaceful, near a small river, and there were tables outside where we could relax. Parking was included and it only took about 4 minutes to drive to the city center. I had a wonderful experience at Crystal Springs B&B and would highly recommend it.

Had a good Easter vacation, though the hotel wasn't up to par. I appreciate the complimentary chocolates and the Easter baskets that they left in our rooms. the hotel's location was conveniently located near many restaurants and shops. It was also nice to have a garden view room which helped to make our stay much more enjoyable.

The staff was unprofessional and not welcoming at all. They barely greeted us on arrival, and it took them forever to attend to us.

We had a fantastic time staying at this B&B. the room we had was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the river from the balcony. the breakfast was absolutely delicious and cooked to order. the location was perfect, with plenty of places to eat nearby and attractions like Ross Castle and the Gap of Dunloe just a short distance away. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful service from the hostess. a wonderful experience.
