We had a fantastic time at the hotel! The breathtaking scenery surrounding the hotel made our stay even more memorable. The spacious and clean room provided a comfortable stay. The bar food was delicious, and our kids absolutely loved the Complimentary access to the kids kingdom and swimming at the leisure centre. we highly recommend this hotel for a family-friendly and enjoyable stay.

The lovely modern hotel I stayed at was clean and the rooms were spacious and well-appointed. The breakfasts were excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The restaurant offered tasty and beautifully presented meals at good value. I also enjoyed the Supper Club on Thursday evening, which included a three-course meal and a glass of wine for a reasonable price.

Although our room was hot at night due to the unusual heatwave, I understand that it was an exception and not the hotel's fault. The windows had to be left open, which resulted in some noise from the bin area waking us up earlier than desired.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Downings for a few days. The staff were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of storage space. The bathroom was also clean and well-stocked with linen. The highlight of our stay was the delicious food, both at dinner and breakfast. The restaurant had a great selection, and the wait staff were friendly and attentive. I was also impressed with the regular placement of hand sanitizers throughout the property. Lastly, the shower in our room had excellent water pressure, which was a nice surprise.
