The location of the guesthouse is ideal, with easy walking access to town and plenty of good places to eat nearby. The large room on the top floor is a great advantage, offering superb views and a peaceful setting away from the road. Additionally, the breakfast provided at this guesthouse is outstanding, with many guests considering it the best they had during their stay in Ireland.

There was a musty odor in the reception area, which gave a poor first impression of the establishment.

We had a wonderful stay at a guesthouse in Wexford. the house, set on a ridge of land, was grand in its time and still maintains its traditional charm. the location was perfect, just a short stroll from the town centre with its cafes and bars. the highlight was definitely the excellent breakfast, featuring a variety of freshly cooked items and healthier options. the hosts were lovely and welcoming, and the house was very clean. We especially enjoyed the large rear garden with its stunning view of the harbour entrance. this was the best B&B experience we've ever had.

Great city break spot, lovely hosts and delicious breakfast! the location was ideal for exploring the city, with all the main attractions within walking distance. We were pleasantly surprised to find free tea and coffee facilities in our room, along with complimentary toiletries - a nice touch. the hosts were incredibly welcoming and full of great recommendations for things to see and do in the area. the breakfast selection was amazing and everything was cooked to perfection.

The room was quite small and didn't offer much of a view. the towels provided were a bit old and scratchy.

We recently stayed at a guesthouse in a charming town and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast menu was diverse and delicious, and we didn't have to wait long to be served. The location was also convenient with the town only a short walk away and parking available on the grounds. The staff, particularly Damien, provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this guesthouse to others.

We stayed for two nights and were pleasantly surprised to find that our room was actually a small, cozy apartment just across from the main house. It had an old-fashioned charm and was impeccably clean. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, even allowing us an extra hour in the room so my husband could finish the Wexford half-marathon. The food at the guesthouse was exceptional, and the hosts went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. We can't wait to return next year.

We had a fantastic stay at a charming guesthouse with a great location near the town center and the waterfront. The warm welcome and helpful information provided by the staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room had a lovely view of the garden and the sea, and it was equipped with all the necessary amenities such as an ironing board, hairdryer, and coffee and tea facilities. The breakfast exceeded our expectations with a wide range of choices and excellent quality. We also appreciated the ample parking available at the rear of the property.

We did experience a minor inconvenience with the availability of hot water during mid-day, as the boiler was turned off.
