The value for money at this hotel is amazing. The room was absolutely fantastic - a perfect blend of historic charm and modern luxury. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the main market square. The staff treated us with the utmost kindness and professionalism.

Located in a loft area, the hotel offers a unique and charming atmosphere with narrow staircase. Situated in the heart of the city, it provides convenience to explore Groningen. The scenic drive down the coast to the Keukenhof Gardens is an added bonus. The rooms are comfortable and well-designed, with beautiful views of the gardens. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering a high level of service. The breakfast is delicious and nicely presented. Free minibar in the room is a nice surprise.

The hotel restaurant's early closing time on Sundays was not adequately communicated to guests, causing inconvenience.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The location was perfect, hidden right in the center of the city, and we felt like we were in a glamorous old movie. The complementary fact that the staff took our luggage before check-in was a life-saver. It allowed us to explore the beautiful park right in front of the hotel and avoid carrying our suitcases around. the free minibar and wifi were a nice touch. the location was superb! We could easily walk to the main attractions in the city.

We had a terrible night's sleep. the bed was extremely soft, and the noise from the park kept us up for hours.
