The hotel was surprisingly quiet for its size. The front desk and shuttle bus staff were helpful. The room had a lovely balcony with mountain views and a powerful shower. The hotel offered a variety of dining options.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Muckross House for a bank holiday weekend during the bike fest. The location was fantastic, with beautiful views of the national park. The room was comfortable and had a lovely view of the park and wildlife. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had everything I needed for my stay. The breakfast offered a great selection of food to start the day. it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

The noise from the street could be heard in some rooms, which impacted the overall tranquility of the stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the surrounding mountains. You can easily find restaurants and cafes in the nearby field. The Gleneagle Hotel provided excellent facilities for our teenagers, including a gym, pool, teenzone, and internet access. They had the freedom to entertain themselves without being with us the whole time. The full menu card for room delivery breakfast allowed us to choose from a wide variety of cooked breakfasts.

We spent our Easter break at a huge hotel with plenty of dining and drinking options. the rooms were clean, and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the heated pool. the hotel's staff was friendly and helpful.

We had the best experience at this place! The location is perfect, with stunning views right beside a national park and close to lots of activities. The staff accommodated our request with efficiency and great manners. Even though the hotel is so big with many guests, they treated us individually and were always friendly and helpful. The service is something else, from taking our luggage straight away to our room, to making special diet menus for us. The leisure facilities are incredible, with indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room. The entertainment was also great, with live music and TV room.

She was very rude and made us feel belittled, but luckily another colleague of hers sorted it out. Despite this, we would definitely recommend this venue to anyone!
