The hotel is conveniently located just minutes from shopping and restaurants, making it easy to find great dining options. The decor exudes a charming Art Deco vibe, giving the space a unique character. Additionally, the staff here are incredibly attentive and responsive to any requests I had during my stay.

Loved the spotless rooms and the exceptional customer service from the manager! The breakfast was fresh with a great variety. Easy walk to everything you’d want to do in the area. Highly recommend! 😊

where do I even begin? hairs in the king size bed, talk about gross! , and the breakfast promise of continental selection at 6am was a total joke, i mean, 6:30am rolls around and still nothing!. it would have been nice to expect a little something, like, i don't know, a room upgrade for the inconvenience? i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t. ,

Had a proper boss time here! The location was dead sound, right near all the bars and restaurants. Breakfast was tasty, especially the quality ingredients. Only downside was the A/C being a bit tricky, but other than that, loved it!

Cramped room design!!! Adequate sound insulation is a must. hearing the nightlife clearly was less than ideal!!! Wi-Fi connectivity issues were frustrating and not acceptable for a modern hotel!!! Temperature control in rooms needs attention!!!

The Grafton Hotel surprised me with its impeccable service! Staff were super-friendly, and I loved the in-house restaurant Bartley's. Breakfast was a treat, and the atmosphere was vibrant yet calm.

The only drawback was the open storage concept in the room, making it a bit tough to manage my belongings. With no drawers, I lived out of my suitcase during my stay.

Such a charming place! Loved how clean and visually appealing everything was. Perfect for strolling around with the kids. The bar and café were fantastic for quick bites between our adventures.

The air conditioning was a bit finicky—like dealing with a sulky teenager! And the musty hallway carpets? Not quite my idea of chic ambiance.

We had a fantastic time, really enjoyed the spacious, clean room and the complimentary snacks in the lobby were a nice surprise. The lounge had cozy leather chairs and a cool game room for relaxing after a long day. The only downside was the fixed window in our room that couldn't be opened, but it didn't take away from the experience. Pro tip, definitely take advantage of the breakfast – it was delicious! 😊
