The stunning views of the Beagle Channel from my room were absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunset.

The check-in process took a longer time than expected due to limited staff and language barriers, which could definitely be improved.

My experience was quite pleasant, especially with the breathtaking mountain views from the room and the exceptional spa facilities. The delicious breakfast spread offered a great variety, and the restaurant's ambiance was lovely. I truly enjoyed the trekking paths nearby, which provided scenic beauty and a sense of adventure.

I had higer expectations at a supposed 'Leading Hotel. ' The furniture in my room was worn and shabby. I didn’t even receive my promised turn down service—no chocolate or water? How absurd! And a cappuccino during breakfast costing extra? Ridiculous! With all my troubles, I woudl ve been thrilled with a small upgrade or complimentary gift, but alas, nothing.

the view from our superior double room was absolutely stunning! we loved the comfortable room and its clean bathroom with a soaking tub. breakfast was great, and the bar/lounge was perfect for relaxing. also, the nearby hiking trails were amazing for outdoor lovers. the staff organized a car for us, which was super helpful.

the hotel is super fab with amaizing views from the lobby and restaurant, u can enjoy the cool jacuzzi with great sceneries. the breakfast had several options, and the omelettes were tasty. there are lots of hiking trails nearby that we loved. also, the spa was super nice and the water was warm, really relaxing after a long day.

check-in took forever because it was crowded, and service during breakfast was way too slow for how nice the place is.

I had an amazing time enjoying the stunning hot tubs with breathtaking views and indulging in a soothing massage that left me feeling completely relaxed. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, but the dinner at the restaurant felt a little pricey for what was offered. A tip for future visitors, definitely plan your spa treatments in advance to make the most of your stay! 🌟

The trails across Cerro Alarkén Nature Reserve offered varied walks that were perfect for my family, including my mother. Our sea view room was a delight, and we indulged in delicious breakfasts with the best variety we've experienced while traveling.

My kids wished for more activities tailored for families.
