We had a fantastic trip to the hotel! It was an ideal location for our visit to Semple Stadium, as it was within walking distance. The staff were absolutely amazing, always going above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. We even got free entry into the nightclub, which was a fabulous bonus. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from.

That the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, which was quite unsettling.

the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the town square. the hotel itself was beautiful, with clean and comfortable rooms. the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the bathroom was spacious and well-equipped. We also enjoyed a delicious full Irish breakfast, including fresh-baked pastries.

It took a while to check-in and check-out as we had to wait for someone to show up. despite notifying the staff about the lack of hot water in the shower, the issue was not resolved during our entire stay.

We stayed in a great location, right in the heart of town and near the M8 motorway. The room was fabulous, with beautiful decor and a comfortable bed. The staff were lovely and provided excellent service. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with flaky croissants and hot fresh-baked scones. The hotel had a nice ambience throughout and the building itself was delightful.

The hotel lacked a lift, which made it difficult to navigate with our heavy bags.
