The decoration of the apartment was lovely, with comfortable furniture and a cozy atmosphere. The common areas, such as the lobby and hallways, were well-maintained and easy for me to navigate as a senior. The staff were also very attentive and helpful, always ready to assist me with anything I needed. I felt safe and welcomed throughout my stay.

I only wish there were more activities or social gatherings organized for senior guests. It would have been nice to have opportunities to connect with other travelers my age and share experiences.

Kitchen cupboards needed repair.

Located right in the heart of the old town, Ponticello Apartments is the perfect base for exploring all the attractions in the area. With its close proximity to the main street, restaurants, and bars, you'll never run out of places to visit and dine. The spacious apartments are well-equipped, featuring comfortable beds, fluffy towels, and even a lift for those with heavy luggage. The attentive and helpful staff, like Cristina, Martina, and Salam, ensure a pleasant stay and provide helpful information about the local area.

Some streets around the area may be a bit sketchy and not as well-maintained, which might make you feel slightly uncomfortable, but if you stick to the center and follow the provided recommendations, you won't have any issues.

We had a fantastic stay at Ponticello Apartments in the center of Palermo. the apartment was modern and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and a nice terrace where we enjoyed our meals. the location was great, surrounded by old buildings yet quiet. Cristina, the host, was incredibly helpful and provided us with a lot of useful information and advice. We will definitely choose Ponticello Apartments again when we return to Palermo.

The location is absolutely fantastic, within easy walking distance of all the historic and artistic treasures of the city. The nearby Ballaro Market is a must-visit, with delicious food at reasonable prices. The apartment fee is incredibly reasonable and the manager, Christina, is delightful and accommodating, with flawless English. The apartment complex has been renovated to modern standards and the owner and staff are incredibly helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. The room is clean, with spacious bathroom and well-equipped kitchen/living area. The apartments are conveniently located in the heart of the Old Town Center, making it easy to explore. The highlight of the stay was the tastefully designed apartment, with a large balcony and key access elevator. Free parking in the piazza was a bonus. Christina's generosity and recommendations made the stay even more enjoyable. The central location is excellent, with comfortable amenities and excellent recommendations from the host. The host was always in touch and organized excellent transport. Highly recommended.

We got great value for our money at Ponticello Apartments. The room was beautiful, modern, and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, right in the center, allowing us to easily explore all the major sights on foot. The staff, especially Cristina, were incredibly friendly and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better would be if they provided some basic items like bread, milk, and water, especially for those arriving late when the shops are closed.

We were greeted by Christina, our host at Ponticello Apartments, who gave us a warm welcome and took us to our top floor apartment. the apartment had breathtaking views of the city, with 13 church domes visible from the balcony. Christina provided us with helpful maps and guides and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. the location was perfect, right in the center of the old town and just a stone's throw away from the main city sights. the apartment had all the modern facilities we needed, and the lift that went straight to our apartment was a unique and convenient feature.
