The decoration of the apartment was lovely, with comfortable furniture and a cozy atmosphere. The common areas, such as the lobby and hallways, were well-maintained and easy for me to navigate as a senior. The staff were also very attentive and helpful, always ready to assist me with anything I needed. I felt safe and welcomed throughout my stay.

I only wish there were more activities or social gatherings organized for senior guests. It would have been nice to have opportunities to connect with other travelers my age and share experiences.

Located right in the heart of the old town, Ponticello Apartments is the perfect base for exploring all the attractions in the area. With its close proximity to the main street, restaurants, and bars, you'll never run out of places to visit and dine. The spacious apartments are well-equipped, featuring comfortable beds, fluffy towels, and even a lift for those with heavy luggage. The attentive and helpful staff, like Cristina, Martina, and Salam, ensure a pleasant stay and provide helpful information about the local area.

Some streets around the area may be a bit sketchy and not as well-maintained, which might make you feel slightly uncomfortable, but if you stick to the center and follow the provided recommendations, you won't have any issues.

We had a fantastic stay at Ponticello Apartments in the center of Palermo. the apartment was modern and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and a nice terrace where we enjoyed our meals. the location was great, surrounded by old buildings yet quiet. Cristina, the host, was incredibly helpful and provided us with a lot of useful information and advice. We will definitely choose Ponticello Apartments again when we return to Palermo.

The location is absolutely fantastic, within easy walking distance of all the historic and artistic treasures of the city. The nearby Ballaro Market is a must-visit, with delicious food at reasonable prices. The apartment fee is incredibly reasonable and the manager, Christina, is delightful and accommodating, with flawless English. The apartment complex has been renovated to modern standards and the owner and staff are incredibly helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. The room is clean, with spacious bathroom and well-equipped kitchen/living area. The apartments are conveniently located in the heart of the Old Town Center, making it easy to explore. The highlight of the stay was the tastefully designed apartment, with a large balcony and key access elevator. Free parking in the piazza was a bonus. Christina's generosity and recommendations made the stay even more enjoyable. The central location is excellent, with comfortable amenities and excellent recommendations from the host. The host was always in touch and organized excellent transport. Highly recommended.
