We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The foyer was large, airy, and comfortable, creating a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival. The view from our bedroom overlooked a beautiful church and countryside, providing a picturesque backdrop. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel at home throughout our stay. The bar and restaurant were lovely, and the food was delicious. We didn't have the chance to try the swimming pool or leisure facilities, but based on what we experienced, we're confident they would have been great. One of the highlights was the buffet breakfast, which was exceptional. The hotel's location was also ideal, as it was close to Castle Leslie where we attended a wedding. Additionally, being on the access corridor to the kids play area intensified the enjoyment of our stay.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with ample space to relax. the breakfast provided was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from. the staff were also very helpful and attentive, ensuring that our needs were met.

The hotel was quite expensive for a one-night stay, especially considering that we didn't have much time to use the facilities. It would have been nice if there was a discounted rate for wedding guests, as we were attending a wedding at the hotel.

For breakfast choices, I would suggest improving the sauce on the margarita pizza and toning down the spice in the chicken tenders. Apart from that, everything was fantastic!

My room was spacious with beautiful views. the furnishings were quirky and added a nice touch. the bar food was reasonably priced and of great quality. the young man on reception was lovely and a pleasure to deal with. the rooms were clean and equipped with coffee and tea facilities. I especially loved the huge bathroom. the people were friendly, the hotel was wonderful, and I would definitely come back again.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel with a spa in the beautiful countryside. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The spa facilities were amazing, and I had a relaxing Indian head massage there. The food at the bistro was outstanding, especially the delicious desserts. I also appreciated the child splash times for families with kids. it was a great experience at Hillgrove Hotel, Leisure & Spa.

The newly decorated sensory room was brilliant for our son with autism. The staff in the leisure center were very accommodating and provided us with the privacy we needed. Both restaurants were understanding and made sure we had a quieter area. The hotel staff had a great understanding of autism and made our stay pleasant.

Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Great shower with plenty of hot water. Useful amenities like proper hairdryer and bigger cups in the wardrobe.
