The staff is friendly and always available to assist guests. Rooms are spacious and equipped with essential amenities such as a washer and dryer.

The facilities of the hotel are not consistent with what is portrayed in the pictures online. The wellness section is not well-maintained, and some amenities are not functioning correctly.

We loved this place for its central location, perfect for exploring the city's busy nightlife and all the sights. The staff here are incredibly professional and friendly, always going the extra mile to make sure we felt welcomed and at home. From room service to car hire, we had everything we needed at our fingertips.

the hotel also had a beautiful otopark nearby where you could enjoy watching the sunset.

We had a great stay at a hotel near Galata Tower. the room was spacious with a kitchen and living room. the staff, especially Erbil, were incredibly helpful, organizing tours and helping with dinner orders. the views from our window were amazing, with the Galata Tower and the Blue Mosque in sight. the location was also convenient, with plenty of food options nearby and the Sishane metro station right next to the hotel. it was a fantastic experience and we're already planning our next stay.

The location of this hotel was perfect as it was situated in the heart of the city with easy access to the metro and other key landmarks. the staff were really friendly and helpful. the room service was really efficient and the breakfast and dinner offered complementary were a nice touch.

The soundproofing of the rooms was not very good, as we could hear the outside noise. the room I stayed in was too small and cramped for my liking.

the location was ideal for traveling around, with the metro station right in front of the hotel. the spacious rooms were well-furnished, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. the hotel staff were attentive, helpful, and always polite, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the on-site restaurant had a lovely atmosphere and affordable prices compared to others in the area. We would definitely give Tunel Residence a 10 out of 10 rating!
