I recently stayed at the Imperial in Tralee for a week with my mum and had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. The location was perfect, with easy access to the town. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had extra amenities like extra pillows and a hairdryer. The breakfast was delicious, with polite staff serving us. The dinner at the hotel was outstanding. Would recommend.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Tralee and had an amazing experience. The staff at Imperial Hotel were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable. They even surprised us with a birthday cake for our friend's celebration. Additionally, the staff was very accommodating in assisting us with our bags, as I have difficulty walking. The room itself was impeccably clean and well-equipped. We were so impressed with the service that we would gladly stay there again.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of town, making it easy to access shops and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed provided a good night's sleep. The breakfast offered a variety of tasty options, including healthy choices like egg white scrambled eggs with spinach and vine ripened tomatoes. our stay was enjoyable and met our expectations.

The lack of a lift might be inconvenient for some guests.

We had a wonderful stay at a centrally located hotel with helpful staff. Tara and Kira stood out as incredible team members, and the restaurant and bar had a great ambiance, including live music. We were lucky to find on-site parking, and despite some places being closed during our visit, the location was fantastic for shopping and more. The beds were very comfortable, and overall, we had a pleasant experience.

I recently visited a hotel with some colleagues for a business trip. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the service was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We were able to check in quickly and efficiently. The bar staff were also very attentive and couldn't do enough for us. One thing we really appreciated was how speedy the food service was. As we were on a tight schedule, we were pleased that we could enjoy a tasty meal without having to wait for ages.

One downside of this hotel is that the free parking option was full, which meant we had to pay for on-street parking. Unfortunately, this meant we had to keep topping up the parking meter every two hours.
