Everything was fantastic.

The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the town, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local attractions. Additionally, the spacious rooms provided ample space for relaxation.

Parking was a major issue as there were limited spots available in the underground lot, forcing guests to park in a public carpark that had some antisocial activity. The room we stayed in was outdated and had a musty smell, requiring us to keep the window open throughout our stay.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel facilities were excellent. The location was central and close to everything in town. The breakfast was amazing, with a good selection of fresh food.

The Killarney Plaza Hotel & Spa is in a perfect location, right in the centre of town. You'll have easy access to everything the town has to offer, from shops to restaurants to attractions. Plus, if you visit during bikefest, you'll be right in the heart of the action. The rooms are lovely and comfortable, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. You'll feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout your stay. The hotel also boasts a relaxing spa and leisure center, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

The underground car park is quite small and might not have enough spaces available, but there is public parking nearby for an additional fee.

This place exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Kerry, just steps away from the national park and right beside the town center. The location couldn't be any better! The staff here are truly outstanding, always going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. From the warm welcome at check-in to the friendly and attentive service throughout my time here, every member of the staff was professional and courteous. They made me feel right at home with their lovely friendly manner where nothing was too much trouble. The room itself was superb, with impeccable cleanliness and all the amenities I could ask for, including an in-room safe, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. I also appreciate the extra effort they put into maintaining hygiene practices while still creating a relaxed atmosphere. I had a fantastic experience and I will definitely be back soon.
