We had a fantastic stay at Lake Of Shadows. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The room was beautifully decorated, with a spacious en suite bathroom that made us feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfy, and we had a great night's sleep every night. The breakfasts were delicious and filling, setting us up for the day. The location was perfect, just minutes away from the beach and the main street. Despite being close to everything, the hotel provided a peaceful retreat. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is situated in a lovely area of town, just a short walk from the main street and the beautiful beach and park. The restaurant served great food, with a solid menu of unpretentious pub grub. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure to reserve a table for guests wanting to watch a rugby match. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay.

Some guests experienced poor service and unpleasant surroundings in the restaurant, with dirty chairs and a lack of attention from the waitstaff.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was fantastic, especially considering the prime location right beside the beach. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were equipped with all the necessary amenities, including an excellent shower. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail with the windows placed away from any kitchen extractor fan. Lastly, the breakfast included in the stay was delicious and filling, apart from the unfortunate coffee which was undrinkable.

We had a lovely Christmas stay at a hotel in Donegal. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. the hotel's location was great, just a short walk away from the town center and beautiful natural surroundings. We enjoyed the hearty breakfast provided and the spacious and comfortable room. the cozy atmosphere was perfect for a festive Christmas away from home.

The only issue we had was with the unreliable Wi-Fi, which required us to repeatedly log in, making it hard to stay connected. However, this was outweighed by the positives of our stay and did not detract significantly from our overall experience.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with the beach just a 5-minute walk away and the town center within easy reach. We enjoyed the beautiful walks and the spacious park nearby, especially since we were traveling with kids. The restaurant served fantastic food, and we were impressed with the tasty breakfast. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure our needs were met, and the service in the restaurant was quick and efficient.

The room we stayed in was quite warm and felt a bit cramped, which made us feel a little claustrophobic.

Stayed at a hotel recently and had a great experience. the staff at Lake Of Shadows were friendly and even went the extra mile by driving us to a local restaurant when everything else was closed. the freshly painted rooms were beautiful and the breakfast was very good. We also enjoyed the evening meals at the bistro which had a great atmosphere and excellent service. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to the town center and within easy reach of everything.

The Lake Of Shadows Hotel in Buncrana was excellent value for money, with comfortable beds and pillows in a spacious room. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel's location was perfect, with a beautiful view of the sea down the street from our room.

Breakfast delights, but it could have been even better with a wider selection of options to choose from.

The food at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. We couldn't get enough of it! The breakfast was delicious and we were well taken care of by the attentive staff. Another positive aspect was the location of the hotel. It was situated in a prime spot, just a short walk away from the beach and the town center. We loved being able to explore the area easily. Lastly, we really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff. They made us feel welcome and were always there to assist us.

There were a couple of things that we didn't like during our stay. our room was not serviced for the entire three days we were there.

Had an amazing stay at a charming hotel in beautiful surroundings. The steaks in the restaurant were cooked to perfection. The recently refurbished rooms were done to a very high standard. A great location, just a short walk from the town center. I highly recommend this place for a great stay.
