The freshly baked scones, cakes, and pancakes for breakfast were a highlight, and Lisa provided excellent table service. We appreciated the little touches like the local whiskey in our room and the birthday prosecco. Helen's recommendations for local restaurants and wildlife were spot-on. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

We recently stayed at a charming B&B in a lovely old converted church. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the village. The room was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom and a fantastic shower. The service was exceptional, with the hosts being warm and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, with homemade scones and a wide variety of options. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable for some of our group, as it was a bit on the springy side.

Lovely, spotlessly clean room and very comfortable bed. The hosts, Helen and Kevin, were amazing - friendly, helpful and genuinely cared about their guests. Breakfast was superb, with a special mention to Lisa, the cheerful 'breakfast lady'. Personal touches, from check-in to the homemade shortbread, made this place special. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was phenomenal, with a wide variety of high-quality ingredients and delicious coffee. the homemade baked goods, fresh fruit, and cereals were beautifully presented at our table. Additionally, the hotel was clean, pet-free, and decorated to a high standard. the newly refurbished bathroom was spotless and the staff were welcoming and friendly. We also enjoyed the quirky atmosphere of the building. Furthermore, there was a great restaurant nearby and a lovely walking path along the river just around the corner.

If you stay in a room facing the road, it can be a little noisy, but it wasn't a big issue for us since we were usually out exploring in the morning.
