I couldn't be happier with the value I got for my money at this hotel. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The staff treated me like royalty from the moment I arrived, providing exceptional service and making me feel right at home. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the town and with its own convenient parking.

Breakfast delights aside, it would have been great if the hotel offered a more affordable option for coffee. The rest of the breakfast was delicious, but the individual pricing and the cost of a cup of coffee felt a little steep.

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, with easy access to the town center but just far enough away for a peaceful stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. Parking at the hotel was convenient, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas.

Great jumping off spot for exploring the Ring of Kerry and Skellig Michael. Excellent location in the heart of the town, shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. the staff were exceptional, with Margaret being a pleasure to deal with. the breakfast was exceptional with numerous items to choose from. the dining room was bright and welcoming, and the servers were efficient and friendly. the rooms were comfy and the hotel had a nice bar with live music at night. a fantastic stay that exceeded our expectations.

The only downside was the lack of variety in the cooked breakfast options. the restaurant/bar also closed early for food, around 9pm.

We had a fantastic time staying at the Lansdowne hotel for two nights. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, and the TV channels were great. The Nespresso machine in our room was a much-appreciated touch, and the food, especially dinner, was excellent. The cleanliness and comfort of the room were outstanding, and the location was perfect. The unexpected treats of Nespresso coffee machine capsules and chocolate luxury biscuits made our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the option of pet-friendly rooms for future trips.

The bar food was tasty, especially the fish and chips and apple pie. the hotel offered good value for money and served as a suitable base for tours.

New Year's at the hotel was unsatisfactory: the noisy street noises make it hard to sleep comfortably. However, the staff was accommodating, offering complementary champagne and snacks. the location was convenient with closeby shops restaurants. Another advantage was having great heating that kept us very warm in the cold weather.

the housekeeping was subpar, as the room was dirty upon arriving and had a peculiar odor.

The common areas of the hotel were charming and gave a warm and inviting atmosphere. Although my room's decor was a little dated, the bed was comfortable, and I had a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel's location was fantastic, right across from a restaurant called Tom Crean's with an interesting story. I also stumbled upon The Wander Inn, where I experienced authentic Irish music and felt like a part of the local community. The friendliness and thoughtfulness of the staff really made this trip memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, charm, and exceptional staff.
