We were absolutely amazed by our stay here. The location couldn't have been better, right by the river with stunning views of the city. It was so convenient being just a short walk away from the city center. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a balcony overlooking the river. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our anniversary stay feel even more special. The food, especially the buffet breakfast, was delicious and had a wide variety of options.

The hotel had a comfortable and quiet atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay. the room was clean and well-equipped, with a spacious bathroom and a king size bed. the hotel's location provided stunning views of the Shannon River and the surrounding countryside.

The hotel staff were fantastic and very helpful. They were friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city. It was convenient for shopping and exploring the restaurant area. Additionally, the underground parking was reasonably priced.

The noise levels in the public areas were quite high, and there was minimal soundproofing in the hotel rooms. We were often disturbed by noise late into the night, which disrupted our sleep.

The Strand exceeded my expectations in every way. the staff at this beautiful hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect. the hotel itself boasts stunning views from the bar, and the bar food was delicious. the on-site parking, although paid, was secure and convenient with a lift leading directly to the hotel reception. a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend to others.

Convenient for shopping and restaurants. Excellent bar and restaurant, catered well for small children. Tasty breakfast to the room. Walking distance to Thomond Stadium and the city. Junior suite was spacious with an excellent view across the river and city. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended, will use again.

The staff were incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service. From the moment we arrived at reception, we were greeted warmly and given helpful information about the hotel's amenities and the surrounding area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing us with plenty of space to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel's restaurant was beautiful and the food was delicious, making our dining experience truly enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay in a hotel located on the river, with a great view of the Castle and just downstream of the rapids. We were within walking distance of all the sights of interest. The room was comfortable, with a clean bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided a large buffet with lots of hot and cold food options to choose from, and we were able to access the gym and pool.

The included dinner menu was limited, and there was confusion around additional charges upon check out.
