This place suits me perfectly! I love the fitness centre, indoor pool, and bar area. The staff were super helpful during my first stay, guiding me to great places to eat. I’m coming back for a xmas!

We love the phenomenal location, just steps away from vibrant shopping and dining options. The facilities, like the heated pool and sauna, are inviting, helping us unwind beautifully after a day of exploration. Our room offers stunning views of the river, adding a special charm to our stay.

One downside is that the restaurant had limited menu options during our visit.

Our stay was lovely with spacious interconnecting rooms! The meals were incredibly delicious—seriously, hats off to the chef! Staff went above and beyond to make our experience wonderfully comfortable.

But that bedding situation was like a surprise party I didn't ask for. Let's just say, I wasn't expecting to call for help at midnight!

So, I had a river view room, which was absolutely stunning. like, I felt like I was living large! The breakfast spread was actually pretty nice, a good selection for a morning boost! !

The location was fantastic! with friendly staff making it easy to enjoy the river views. Coffee and tea in the lounge were perfect before exploring. I appreciated the upgrade to a suite that added luxury to the stay!

Though the breakfast service was slow on my visit, the chaotic checkout process left a sour taste. Parking charges were another letdown, adding to the bill unexpectedly.

The location is awesome right next to the river and downtown. Breakfast had great variety, and the staff were super friendly, making meals to fit my dietary needs.

Check-in could be smoother, and the key card access for the elevator didn't always work well.

The hotel was lovely, very central walking distance to the city center. I had a great time unwinding in the leisure center, it was open until 9pm, perfect after roaming around all day. Staff were approachable, welcoming, and the comfortable bed in my room after all that exploring was a sweet luxury.

Not exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for.
