The best aspects of our romantic escape were the comfortable bed and the friendly staff. We loved sinking into the cozy bed after a long day exploring the city. The staff were always welcoming and happy to assist us with any questions or requests we had. the location was fantastic. We were able to easily walk to all the major attractions and the vibrant nightlife areas. It made our evenings out even more enjoyable knowing we were just a short stroll away from our hotel.

The worst aspects of our stay were the lack of cleanliness and the noisy environment. The room could have been cleaner, with stained sheets and the occasional hair in the bathroom.

As a family with 2 small kids, we loved the modern look and cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even providing a Coke for my diabetic girlfriend. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, allowing us to leave our luggage and offering us an early check-in option. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation options, and location next to the cathedral were the best aspects of my stay.

The hotel's location was perfect - close enough to the city centre to walk, but far enough to avoid the noise. We were also pleased with the security measures, as only guests with room cards could access the lifts. The on-site parking was a great convenience, especially in a big city.
